@gippsmed It’s true, I haven’t done the reflexology during an attack, but the contact healing does help, I found my girlfriend massaging my back helped relax my lungs as well

when using MDI (Inhaler), you should place 2 fingers distance between your mouth & the inhaler to prevent the corticosteriod stuck in the mouth (*cause dry mouth).
