I have an asthma …
I have an asthma and need to take inhaler with me. Without inhaler i feel like i gonna to die. But, at the same time I hate using the inhaler because it will make my hands shaking and my heart will beat fast.. Really don’t like it because its uncomfortable.

Aspirin and any …
Aspirin and any other drugs of NSAIDs class (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) should not be used, because they increase the levels of leucotriens. This leucotriens cause broncoconstriction, what make the asthma really worse.
Try to use SAIDs (steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). But, check your doctor first!!!!

LEGALWEED666—-I discovered that ASPIRIN and aspirin related products were causing my
asthma to really worsen. Then I saw an article
a few montha ago saying that aspirin can cause a fatal asthma attack. No more aspirin.
Also, I learned that the sulfides in wines can trigger asthma attacks, beer as well. Stopped that as well.
I no longer need my cortesone inhaler–I keep it just in case and I may need my blue one once every few weeks and before I needed it
several times a day.

rjozza i feel your pain its a horrible thing and holds me back from doing so many things in life like sports, cleaning, sex, and even wanking im on the blue inhalers and the diskus but is there any exercises or anything that anyone knows of that helps?
