progress in an asthma attack. i’m shaking it to get the last dribs of meds. I was wondering if I ought to go to hospital…but feeling I would be okay. I was beginning to realise some things about my symptoms…that are affected by emotions and environment…but can fluctuate quite drastically. Looking back at this I can see my agitation as I worked through a stressful time with health issues to deal with as well. Realising how integrated my emotions and health are…
