i have asthma my whole life, i even have been in the hospital because i had a lunginfection, luckely when i started training sports i couldve managed to control my asthma. now i just have to use my medication in the morning and im good to go!

I didn’t actually know i had really bad asthma.
My mom said that i didn’t have it but, she lied -.-
about 2 days ago, I had an asthma attack.
I was surprised because my mom said I did not have asthma
but, i kind of think i did, because i would always get shortness of breath and my chest would get tight which would make it harder to breathe for me. I thought this was normal and i never told my mom. -.-
