why do my asthma symptoms get worse at night or early in the morning?

i have noticed that my asthma symptoms are worst early in the morning or at night. i read in a book that they do get worse, but i dont know why. can someone tell me please. btw, thanks for the answers. :]
I notice the same thing
The exact reasons for why asthma is worse during sleep are not known. Still, there are many explanations for what may cause nocturnal asthma. Some of these may involve increased exposure to allergens at night, cooling of the airways, the reclining position, or hormone secretions that follow a circadian pattern. Sleep itself may even cause changes in bronchial function

This is because when you sleep (at night) and wake up in the morning you are surrounded by dust in your pillows and blnkets and bed, and dust mites to, these make your symptoms worse.
