My girlfriend filmed this while i had an asthma attack… The inhaler has depleted and i was waiting for the ambulance…

How would it make it worse? Breathing is already restricted from the brachi tube being mucused and inflamed. I really don’t see how hugging would make it worse

same thing just happened to me yesterday, seriously thought it was going to be the end of me. could only breathe in 10% by the time i reached the hospital. its scary stuff, and this was the first time it happened.

I was born with …
I was born with asthma so when I have one or use to my mom would turn on the shower really hot and close the door and I would sit in the bathroom for 5-20 mins it usally worked

i feel your pain. I suffer with asthma almost every day and it really effects some activities. This is a really bad attack. Take care, make sure you always have a back-up inhaler
